By accessing or using EchoSpaces services — including our website, virtual office plans, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and all related offerings — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, visitors, clients, and others who access or use EchoSpaces.

EchoSpaces provides virtual office addresses for business registration (GST, company incorporation), coworking spaces, dedicated desks, meeting room bookings, mailing address services, and related workspace solutions across India.

Service availability, pricing, and features may vary by location and plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Providing false KYC documents or misleading business information is strictly prohibited.

You shall not use EchoSpaces addresses or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Any misuse of our virtual office address for unlawful activities will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of service activation or as per the agreed billing cycle.

Late payments may result in service suspension. EchoSpaces reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified of upcoming renewals at least 7 days in advance.

All content on the EchoSpaces website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of EchoSpaces or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent from EchoSpaces.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. EchoSpaces may immediately terminate services without notice if you breach these terms or engage in illegal activities using our services.

Upon termination, your access to the virtual office address and associated services will cease. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments up to the date of termination.

Post-termination, any active GST registrations or business registrations linked to your EchoSpaces address must be updated or migrated to a new address within the timelines prescribed by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
